Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you read and understand the following terms and conditions.

1. Check-in after 14:00 pm, flexible. Check-out before 12.00 pm.

2. Kindly clean up the kitchen equipment and utensils when finished. Leaving it messy and dirty will result in THB 500 fine. Kindly place trash in the outside bin. Leaving it inside the villa will result in THB 500 fine.

3. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED DURING YOUR STAY. This is a residential area. Please respect other residents living here. Violation of this rule means 100% of your security deposit is forfeited.

4. Please take care of your belongings. We will not be responsible for any personal belongings lost during your stay. If we find your belongings after your departure we will keep it in LOST and FOUND.

5. SMOKING inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Penalty: 2000 Baht.

6. If you are caught bringing unregistered guests there will be a penalty of THB 1000 /person/day.

7. Pets are not allowed without prior approval.

8. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

9. If you have lost, stolen or damaged the key or key-chain a fee of THB 2000 is charged to you.

10. Drones are not allowed at Falcon Hill.

11. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total room rate is required upon booking.

12. If you’re impacted by unforeseen travel restrictions, you are entitled to amend your dates up to 6 months. There may be an extra charge if this period falls into a higher rate.

13. If your group is staying in multiple villas, please do not move items or furniture to another villa/apartment.

14. The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

15. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.

16. Parking must be at the allocated Parking space. If you need extra Parking - please talk to the front office. Maximum 1 hour stop outside the unit is allowed for off- unloading.

17. Falcon Hill can assist with cleaning and transportation. If needed - please talk to front office.

18. The gym is privately owned. Please read special rules regarding gym use. You must sign a separate document and request use of the gym.

Third Parties do not provide or share any data they may collect from you with us. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for the protection of privacy or the content of those websites.
